[New E-Bell] BNSF 8121 Manifest With Two CP's North, E St. Railroad Crossing, Sacramento CA

Was out in Midtown Sacramento which you may see more often again and noticed that when the crossing activated that the WCH E-Bell was another replacement replacing the other WCH Type 3 E-Bell. This one is a WCH Type 1.5 E-Bell that UP decided to replace the other WCH Type 3 E-Bell that they just installed seven months ago replacing a dying Griswold Mechanical Bell. Wonder why they would later also replace the WCH E-Bell for this one. The other way I confirmed is because I compared pictures of this WCH E-Bell and the previous one and the position and color are different confirming this is another Bell. This reminds me of Meadowview Rd back in 2016 when a WCH Type 1.5 E-Bell replaced a WCH Mechanical Bell and month later the WCH Type 1.5 E-Bell was replaced by a WCH Type 2 E-Bell. It also seems like the left gate may be a new one. This crossing is a mixed install with the cantilevers being an UPRR late 1990s signal build install with changes to there lights and the gated masts being an WPRR 1950s signal build install with changes to a bell and gated with the masts raised with an extra piece. There lights were removed in the late 1990s for the cantilevers. Glad to see two Canadian Pacific units in the consist of this train along with an BNSF SD70ACe.
