We met Richard at his restaurant where we ate lunch with him. Afterwards he took us into his office and the interview began. Richard told us about his childhood and about his father's job at the prison. Richard also told us that he recently suffered a heart attack. That experience changed the way he approached life and he now tries to live every day to the fullest. If you are ever in his part of the country definitely stop in and have the best bbq around.
