Paneer Makhani Dum Biryani

Ingredients:

1+/2 Cup - Sella Basmati Rice
Soak Rice for Two Hours and remove Water

Take One big Pot and add
3 lit - Water
2 no - Cinnamon Stick
8-9 no - Clove
1 tsp - Black Pepper Corn
2 no - Bay Leaves
3 no - Green Cardamom
1 no - Black Cardamom
1 no - Star Anise
1 no - Mace
2 no - Lemon Slice
2 tbsp - Mint Leaves Chopped
2 tbsp - Coriander leaves Chopped
1 tsp - Salt
1/2 tsp - Oil
Boil Water Properly like 10-15 min them add Soaked Rice and Boil n Cook till 70% done and Strain it
and Remove in Big Plate ,Keep aside and Cool it

Makhani Gravy :
Take a Pan and add
2 tbsp - Butter
1 tbsp - Oil
1 tsp - Cumin
6-7 no - Garlic Cloves
2 Pc - Ginger
2 no - Onion Slice
Saute till light Golden and add
5 no - Tomato Chopped
2 no - Green Cardamom
5-6 no - Black Peppercorn
2 no - Cinnamon Stick
3 no - Cloves
5 no - Whole Red Chilli (Resham Patta)
15 no - Cashew
Mix Very Well
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1+1/2 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp - Sugar
Cook Properly and add
2 Cup - Water
Boil Properly and 10 to 15 min ,Close the lid amd Cook Properly ,Switch off the flame and Let Completely Cool and Grind like a Paste

Take a another Pan and add
1 tbsp - Butter
1 tsp - Oil
Add above Gravy
1 tsp - Kitchen King Masala
2 tbsp - Fresh Amul Cream
1/4 Cup - Curd
1 tsp - Kasturi Methi
Boil and Cook 10-15 min

500 gm - Paneer Cube
Add into Gravy and
1 tbsp - Corainder Leaves Chopped
Mix Properly and Sprinkle Little Corainder Over it amd Close the Flame and Sprinkle Little Kasturi Methi

Assemble :
Take a Clay Pot
Apply inside Ghee
Layering - Put Makhani Gravy
Sprinkle Corainder Chopped
Mint Leaves Chopped
Fried Onion Slice
Layering - Rice Boiled
Fried Onion Slice ( Birsta )
Sprinkle Corainder Chopped
Mint Leaves Chopped
Pour Some Ghee Melted
Layering - Paneer Makhani Gravy
Layering - Rice Boiled
Sprinkle Corainder Chopped
Mint Leaves Chopped
Fried Onion Slice
Layering - Paneer Makhani Gravy
Layering - Rice Boiled
Sprinkle Corainder Chopped
Mint Leaves Chopped
Fried Onion Slice
Pour Some Ghee
Apply Kneaded Atta over the borders and Close the lid and Put Pot on the Heated Tawa for 15-20 min and Open the Lid and Give Coal effect and close the lid for 5-10 min and Serve hot
