Today we're playing a blues in Bb in 4/4 with the metronome at 56bpm. The challenge here is that instead of hearing each metronome beat as the "one" of the bar, we're going to hear it as the "and of three" (or in other words, the sixth eighth note of the bar). As you can see, this is not easy for me 😂 this is a good exercise to build a steady time feeling and to hear rhythm from a fresh perspective.
