糯米紫薯粥
食材：
糯米： ⅓ 杯
大米： ⅓ 杯
紫薯：300克，削皮，切3厘米大的块
水：2升
做法：
把米淘两次，然后倒掉水，再锅里加入2升水。开中火盖锅盖直到煮开。然后转小火煮1小时，然后加入紫薯在煮20分钟。搅拌均匀即可食用。
Glutinous Rice and Purple Sweet Potato Porridge
Ingredients:
Glutinous rice: ⅓ cup
Rice: ⅓ cup
Purple sweet potato: 300g, peeled and cut into 3cm chunks
Water: 2 liters
Instructions:
Rinse the rice twice, then discard the water. Add 2 liters of water to a pot. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add the purple sweet potato and continue cooking for 20 minutes. Stir well and serve.
