David G. is from Oklahoma and was a sponsee of Charlie P. from "Joe and Charlie." He has been sharing experience, strength, and hope for the past 28 years. He is a recovered alcoholic, drug addict, and sexaholic/lustaholic with a sobriety date of August 8th, 1994. He shares at meetings across Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Sexaholics Anonymous, and All Addicts Anonymous as he represents not just one, but many fellowships.

Regardless of anyone’s addiction, the message and solution David has carried has always remained the same. God has blessed him with the ability and desire to seek the truth and carry an in depth, yet simple message to all walks of life so anyone can understand exactly how they can recover. He is humbled and grateful that through a loving God and the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous, the message has been carried to more people than he could have ever imagined since 1994. Countless people in their teens through their 80s across the world have had a spiritual awakening and recovered from codependency, gambling, food, sex, love, alcohol, and drug addiction.

David is the founding member of The Broken Bottle Group based out of Oklahoma and The Freedom Seekers Group – an international, addiction-inclusive fellowship of sober and recovered men. The Freedom Seekers are growing in strength and numbers every day and are now up to 30 men within their lineage as David and his men carry the simplicity of the Big Book’s message to addicts who still suffer.
