The 9 Basic Positions of the Body in Ballet.
We have 3 directions and 3 positions within each of the 3 directions. The directions are: front, side, back. The positions are: crossed, face front, open.
In general when the leg is extended to a front or back corner, the arm opposite to the forward leg is prominent (either front or high) and the other arm is to the side. When the leg is extended to a side corner, we usually use the same arm as the extended leg, either front or high.
There are variations on each of the 9 basic body positions, and you see a couple of those at the end of each demo.
At about 2 minutes, the 9 positions are shown more quickly from the back view, as the student sees the teacher in class.
