It's technically a sequel to the movie "Hard Boiled".
According to someone claiming they saw a comment made on a video by a supposed dev, John Woo himself wanted all the dialogue to be in English.
There's apparently an extended version with some neat new stuff, but they're console exclusives.
I've died way more than what's shown. "Hard Boiled" difficulty is brutal.
