I tested out the Dior Capture Totale Serum Foundation over the past several weeks so now it's time to talk about it. This foundation is snot new on the market and for whatever reason it never really made that many waves. I've been waiting to test it out now because of how hydrating and moisturizing it claims to be, winter here in Montreal seemed like the perfect time to do a review.
