In this video, I talk about why my sleep has actually improved after 60 — and what’s been making the biggest difference for me.
This isn’t about perfect routines or sleep hacks. It’s about small changes, paying attention to my body, and letting go of the idea that sleep has to be complicated.
Things like daily walking, light exposure, consistency, and winding down at night have mattered more than anything extreme. I’ve learned that better sleep often comes from what you do during the day, not just what happens when your head hits the pillow.
