Here’s what you’ll learn:

Wall Snow Angels: Strengthen your scapula and stabilize your shoulders by running your arms up and down against a wall while tucking your chin and squeezing your shoulder blades.

Chin Tucks: Realign your head and strengthen neck muscles by sitting tall, tucking your chin in and down for 10 seconds, five times daily.

Mid-Back Stretch: Arch your back over a low chair to stretch your rib cage and chest, holding for 10 seconds while adjusting for better spine mobility.

Mid-Back Lifts: Engage your back muscles to strengthen posture and avoid the negative effects of prolonged sitting and phone use.

Neck & Device Tips: Protect your neck by holding devices at eye level, sleeping on your back with the right pillow height, and avoiding heavy bags.
