In This video we continue are progress on our obs Silverado interior. I wanted to make sure all the hvac was in good working condition before we put the dash back in. I also wanted to clean everything while it was out. I want good heat and a/c when this goes back together. I will show you how to take apart the hvac box and replace a/c evaporator, the heater core, all of the blend door actuators and 3 of the blend doors themselves. I also wanted to replace the heater resistor while in there. I basically wanted all new of the common failure points in the heat and ac system. It took a little time but I think will be worth it in the end. Several of my parts were broken and needed to be replaced. I did also put new foam on all of the connection areas for a good seal.
