Watch Le Arsi 1168-INC86 detects motor restriction showing all LED's lighted and after correcting the cause of it reduced the number of lit LED's and becomes normal. The problem is the hour wheel post binding the center hole of the dial resulting to excessive delaying in time. After correcting the problem the movement becomes normal. Notice the changing also of the beep tone when the movement is in normal condition. So even if you are not looking at your tester the beep tones will send you the sound of a good watch movement.
