On September 6th, 2014, the Fern Creek and Western Railroad opened to the public for an open house day to show the progress on the layout. Eric Child and I started on the layout June of this year and this video shows how far it has gotten for the season. This video has shots of every train we ran around the layout during the open house. Thanks to everyone showed up and brought equipment to run. I'd especially like to thank Eric Child for donating his front and back yards and of course providing the much needed help.
