WINTER AT MY CABIN IN NORWAY | cabin life in the Arctic with drawing and firemaking (long version)

Today I would like to take you along to our magical place in the North Norwegian wilderness. When we bought this 100 years old cabin it had not been used for years. The roof was falling apart and the stone foundation was crumbling. We are now in the process of restoring this traditional Norsk hytte to keep its history alive.

During a big winter snowstorm I decided to make things cosy inside and take the time to do some sketching in my sketchbook. I really enjoy these quiet and simple moments, especially here here at this special place, where you can feel the history of the old ways in the north. And the old peacful forest surrounding our cabin is just so inspiring. I hope this video will give you a quiet peaceful moment as well.
