Centre splits progression - Samakonasana - In this video we work towards Samakonasana, often known as the centre splits or the middle splits. Its direct translation is the straight angle or even angle pose. Samakonasana opens the hips and stretches the groins and there is a progression we can take so that it becomes accessible even though we might not be able to achieve the final pose.
