My Favorite Compression Socks for Long Nursing Shifts

In this video I share my favorite brand of compression socks for long nursing shifts. I have been using these compression socks for many years while working as a registered nurse and now as a nurse practitioner and these are by far the best I've tried. 12 hour nursing shifts can be so tiring and cause significant aching and swelling in the legs. These compression socks help reduce or even eliminate that pain and swelling even after a long 12 hour nursing shift.

Not only are these compression socks great for long nursing shifts, but they are also great for running, or swelling or aching in the legs during pregnancy or postpartum. I have used these compression socks for all of these reasons and they work wonderfully. I have tried several other kinds and these compression socks maintain their elasticity, their vibrant colors, and their quality. They are available at running stores and on Amazon (link down below). I bought my compression socks (shown in this video) in 2017 and 2018 and they are still in great condition after much wearing and many washes. They are definitely worth the extra money compared to cheaper ones. I hope these compression socks give you as much relief of aching and swelling after those long nursing shifts as they do for me.

I am a nurse practitioner and I work long 10 and 12 hour shifts in the emergency room. I no longer have aching legs at the end of my nursing shifts using these compression socks. I highly recommend this brand of compression socks.
