Dear Brothers and Sisters, SAI RAM!

We are blessed with the opportunity of listening to Sri J R Mehta at the 131st Samarpan session at Brindavan. Sri. J R Mehta was born in 1939 in Mehemdavad in Gujarat. He and his family came into Swami's fold in 1965. He hails from Vadodara, where he spent most of his childhood. He completed his early education from Vadodara and subsequently obtained his Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in April 1962. He started his job with Alembic Glass Industry, Vadodara, in May 1962. In October 1965 he was transferred from Vadodara to Bangalore, where an all-electrical glass manufacturing plant was set up. After coming to Whitefield in 1965, he came to know of our beloved Bhagawan and has been staying there since then, which he considers as the Divine grace of Swami.

Sri. Mehta was actively involved in various service activities related to the Brindavan Ashram. During all these years, he was blessed with numerous interactions with Swami. On one occasion Bhagawan called him and his wife for an interview session, where He mentioned to Smt. Mehta, “I am with your husband now. You don’t worry. I am sitting in his heart. Your both children – I will take care. They will study in my college and my school”. During the same interview, Bhagawan graciously clicked a picture with Sri. Mehta and provided an instant print copy of the picture (see above in this poster). To know more about this and to listen to several other firsthand experiences that Sri.
