BLACK CAT CRAFTS - HALLOWEEN DECOR - cute, not tacky

This video is part of a playlist hosted every third Friday by Kate at SoKate at 1PM. This month we were asked to create something Spooktacular with Skulls &/or Black Cats. Cats are my vibe so it was an easy decision. Only problem was I had nothing cat related in my stash...no ribbons, signs, embellishments...so...I created my own stencils and gave a makeover to a scrap piece of lumber. Watch how I create something from basically nothing!
