“Basics of Export Controls” will describe the U.S. agencies with authority over exports from the U.S and what they expect from U.S. exporters. We will cover the steps necessary to export, the expected compliance with US laws and regulations, as well as the potential penalties facing exporters. Real life examples will be shared, and there will be time for Q&A.
This webinar is brought to you as part of the NYSBDC International Trade Initiative's ongoing educational programming for small business owners looking to begin exporting operations.
