Welcome in. Today, we're concluding our House of Prayer series by putting the roof on the house: a consecrated life. This isn't a small finish; this is the moment the house becomes covered, steady, and ready to hold what God wants to pour out.
Daniel 1 shows us that Babylon doesn't always attack loudly; it retrains people quietly. New patterns, new appetites, new labels, until prayer gets pushed to the side and holiness starts feeling optional. Not because you stopped loving God, but because you've been living under constant pressure and constant noise.
So be honest with the Lord; what has been shaping you lately, what's been pulling your appetite, and what's been becoming normal? If your hunger has dulled, if your mind has been loud, if your discernment feels cloudy, you're not alone, and you're stuck. Daniel purposed in his heart before the pressure hit. That's consecration, alignment, not perfection , a settled yes to God in public and in private. Let's finish this series strong and believe God to restore hunger, bring clarity back, and continue to allow God's covering over your life.
