Lina was from Sulmona Italy. Her weekly television show "The Italian American Experience" on Manhattan Neighborhood Network more often than not, dealt with subjects of opera. Sulmona is known for the Maria Caniglia Vocal Competition, and on the Jury (1991?) one year were sopranos Antonietta Stella and Magda Olivero and Lina interviewed them both for her show. Here's the interview with Stella, and in a separate posting, I'll post the interview with Olivero.
