This unit is located at the Walden Square HVAC Complex in Iowa City that I’ve filmed at numerous times before. This was running on a low ambient kit and was making a screeching sound at times. I don’t know what was causing it but I think it could’ve been the TXV possibly. I don’t know for sure. This unit is one of my favorite units here and despite the noise it seemed to be working fairly well! Recorded January 17, 2026.
