This is a simple way of making the peacock quill wagglers I use in some of my videos.
They're ideal for fishing for roach and dace, and versatile enough for both rivers and stillwaters.
Materials required:
Peacock quills (via ebay)
2, 2.5, 3mm diameter, 60mm long, hollow pole float tips (via ebay)
3mm cane kebab skewers (supermarkets)
sharp scissors
a sharp knife eg a Stanley knife
Rapid Araldite or similar (B&Q etc.)
Yacht varnish
Matt enamel
For optional swivel attachment - small swivels, some 15 to 20lb, some 6 to 8lb line.
