Milk Powder Sweets Recipe

✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Full cream milk - 2 liter
Water one cup
White vinegar - 2 tbsp
Sugar - less than 1/2 cups
Pistachios, yeah, almond - some for spread

RECIPE:
Take some milk & boil it for making paneri. When it starts boiling, turn off the flame, then put some vinegar & and water mixture gradually to curdle the milk.
Keep a strainer on a bowl, put a cloth on the strainer & put the paneer in it, then put some cold water on it. When it gets dry, then mash it with a masher.
Take some more milk & boil it till it becomes half of its initial quantity. Put some sugar in the boiling milk & make it thick. Stir it continuously, then put the paneer in it. Mix it well & cook it on high flame for 5 mins. Then, put the mixture in a tray, garnish it with chopped almond ya Pistachios & let it set for 2 hours in the fridge. Then cut it in pieces & enjoy the Delicious Halwai Style Kalakand at home.
