In-ear monitors are a guilty pleasure of mine. Even though I'm not regularly playing in a band, I love the look and sound of a pair of IEMs. I've reviewed a few budget pairs on this channel, but all of them were wired and required plugging directly into my sound source. The PTM-10 system from Phenyx changes that. It's a wireless UHF IEM system that transmits to 3 different body packs from a small rack-mountable transmitter. It's well built (as Phenyx tech always is) and really easy to use. For smaller bands on a budget, this is a great option to upgrade to IEMs from stage monitors without breaking the bank.
