How To Colour Skin: Basic Tutorial (Face) | Vivian Wong

As mentioned in the video, this tutorial works for any coloured skin tone! I used a peach/beige skin undertone colour to demonstrate in this video. I'll list an example of what kind of colours you could use for other skin tones:

Pale/Fair:
• Very similar to the colours I used in this tutorial. But instead of the burgundy brown/medium brown and dark brown, Use a light and medium brown colour to create the shadows.

Yellow Undertone:
• All colours are the same but swap out the darker beige with a yellow ochre colour.

Brown Undertone:
• Same as this tutorial, colour in the whole face with a light beige colour but this time, colour the whole face in a light brown colour over the top. The colours used to create the shadows are the same - you can apply more pressure to the pencil to create darker shadows.

The darker the skin tone you want to create, the larger the pressure you should use on your pencil
