Hello everyone, in this video I have shared My Morning Routine. I have mainly talked about Recovery massage and why it is important because this is how we build muscle. Muscle building does not just happen with diet and workout but lot of other things also matter and recovery is one of them.

Max Heart Rate (bpm) = 220 - Age (in years)
Target Heart Rate (bpm) = 70-75% of Max Heart Rate

Eg: If you are 30 years old then your Max Heart Rate would be 220-30 i.e. 190 bpm and your target heart rate should be be 70-75% of 190 i.e. 133-142 bpm.
