1. Marinate the Meat – Season and let it rest.
2. Prepare Ingredients – Chop onion, garlic, and grate a small apple.
3. Cook Rice – Use a rice cooker or stovetop.
4. Sauté – Fry the meat, then add onion, garlic, and apple.
5. Add Curry Base – Stir in curry paste and mix well.
6. Simmer – Pour in coconut milk, let it thicken.
