Firm sales are almost the same with 4 this week compared to 3 last week.
💰 100% had price reductions prior to selling.

Listings jumped a tiny bit with 37 this week compared to 36 last week.
Overall listings dropped to 713 compared to 750 from last week.
Firm sales also dipped to 25 this week compared to 32 last week.
💰 68% of those had price reductions prior to selling.

The Bank of Canada reduced their interest rates last Wednesday, so we should see that reflected in the fixed rates soon 👀
