I know that Active Target provides a great look at what fish are doing under the surface of still water - lakes, ponds, reservoirs and tidal fisheries. But what about an environment in which there is constant motion in all directions? Does this "motion picture" style format of sonar help understand what river smallmouth are up to? This is my first day on the Susquehanna River trying to spy on smallmouth with the cheater depthfinder.
