Sprouts Salad
Ingredients:
• Mixed sprouts – 1.5 small bowls
• Cucumber 🥒 – 1 small
• Tomato 🍅 – 1 small
• Few soaked almonds
• half bowl soaked raw peanuts
• Few chopped dates
• half bowl pomegranate kernels
1 small Carrot- Peeled and chopped
For the Dressing:
• Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
• Salt – as per taste
• Black pepper powder – to taste
• Honey – to taste
• Fresh coriander – finely chopped
• Fresh pudina (mint) – finely chopped
Recipe:
• Soak the sprouts in hot water for 10 minutes.
• Drain the water completely.
• Add chopped cucumber, tomato, peeled almonds, soaked peanuts, chopped dates, and pomegranate kernels.
• Reserve a few pomegranate kernels for garnish.
• Add all the dressing ingredients and mix the salad well.
