The Sacral Chakra and the Solar Plexus - each are powerful energy centers for Sacred Soul Contracts. The Sacral Chakra in this capacity has to do with your meaningful relationships. The Solar Plexus has to do with you, who you are and what you came to do - your personal journey in this life.
Sacrifice isn't always a good or a bad thing. Stay conscious. Choose well.
Sometimes you have to break a Sacred Contract, even when it's with someone you love. Let me tell you of cutting cords when energy ties are draining you instead of sustaining you, a technique I learned way back in 1996!
There are ways to regain your power and stand in loving support of one another. I offer a few approaches to refreshing your connections.
There is a significant relationship between these two chakras that are in such close proximity, in-line with each other. You will want to learn about the importance of dynamic support and its connection for the best possible you.
