A simple video showing how I made a kydex press and sheath for my son's knife (aka "the world's smallest lawnmower blade knife"). I managed to build this press for about $20 dollars, but you could get by even cheaper if you were careful.
Kydex is an amazing material, once it's heated it can be formed to pretty much any shape and a sheath made of kydex will retain a knife or even heavier objects very well.
Tools used included: Harbor Freight belt grinder, metal files, dremel type black and decker tool, sand paper, scroll saw, kitchen oven, hinges and much more.
Follow along and build your own kydex press and sheath or just watch for the information.
