This lady called me want know why her sewing machine doesn't want to sewing and she thinks the feed dogs are not moving. The tension is off. I said, sounds like you need a deep cleaning.
She had a lot of dust bunnies and her sewing machine needed some grease in her gears and oil in the moving parts. I reset her tension. Seem like it's moving fine and sewing great.
