A couple weeks ago I co-hosted the UKRunChat hour on Twitter, a dedicated hour held twice a week where runners come together to chat about all things running.

I used one of my three questions to stir up a little controversy.

Here I’ve shared some of the best unpopular opinions about running that were offered during the hour, as well as a couple of my own. I’m sure they’ll either have you nodding your head in agreement or shaking your fist in rage - but either way, remember they’re SUPPOSED to be unpopular (so be kind)!
