This session is designed to educate both patients and their family members on how to prepare for their upcoming total knee replacement. They will learn what to expect in hospital and how to prepare for their return home. Details around the surgical process, length of stay and discharge process are discussed. The client is made aware of the necessary home equipment to have in place upon their discharge from hospital. Options for post op physiotherapy are presented.
