This bus has since been retired from service. In June of 2022, the engine crapped out and it was deemed to be beyond repair. This was the last standing air brake bus at this particular First Student location. It was unfortunate that there were no air brake buses purchased to replace this, but then again, from the time I started working there to the time I left, we didn't get a single new big bus due to supply issues. I'm just glad I was one of the final people that drove it. This will serve as the tribute video to this bus.
I also wanted to point out something with the Child Check-Mate system. Only use charter mode when you are remaining on the bus. This deactivates the Theft-Mate system for 3&1/2 hours or until the next time the ignition is cycled.
