Using make.com, I've set up an automation that kicks off the moment you upload an audio file into a designated Dropbox folder. It's as simple as hitting 'record' and 'upload.'

🔹 ChatGPT Transcription
Once the audio is uploaded, it's transcribed into text via OpenAI's Whisper API. You can save this transcript as plain text or formatted HTML (to have headers and emphasis on certain things that ChatGPT views as important).

🔹 The Power of Text Files
Text files are the unsung heroes here. They're easily organized in Dropbox and searchable by date, time, and name. Plus, ChatGPT generates a summarized title for each file, making it even easier to find what you're looking for.

🔹 Repurpose Like a Pro
