This music plays on the FOTR Extended Edition, after "The Road Goes Ever On... Part 2" (featured on the "Complete Recordings" soundtrack discs). There are some subtle (or not so subtle) differences in orchestrations, notation, and performances, enough so to be of some interest to the careful ear; most notably, an alternate performance of "The Breaking of the Fellowship" by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra containing quite a few differences.
