RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
4. Ripe mashed bananas
4. Cooked sweet potatoes or 5 Cups sweet potato purée
1/2 cup brown sugar
1. Cup white granulated sugar
1. Tablespoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1. Cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup melted but cooled down butter
1/2 cup toasted pecans
Mix well to combine
Taste it, to make sure it’s well seasoned
If it’s not, then add more vanilla and or sugar or any thing you desire!
Lastly add:
2. Beaten eggs/ large
BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350 degree oven
45 minutes to an hour
NOTE:
Baking time will depend upon your oven
It could take as long as 1 hour 15 minutes
When it is nicely browned and doesn’t jiggle a whole lot in the center
Then it’s really!
Allow to cool down for at least an hour
