Are Digital Twins of CEOs Here?

I’d bet my 401k that many profitable digital twin businesses start appearing in 2026.

There will be early adopters and late adopters. Early will likely be consumer-facing, built by agile and entrepreneurial individuals.

Think:

An AI-savvy fitness coach who’s uploaded his programs and philosophy into a bot, giving clients a first line of communication before ever reaching him.

A major influencer offering a way to “chat” for a small fee and get their perspective, trained on years of podcasts, books, and content.

Big companies aren’t turning their CTOs into digital twins tomorrow.
Expert networks aren’t either.

But the infrastructure for that layer is clearly being built.

Experts on these networks are asked the same questions repeatedly. In theory, that knowledge could be transcribed, structured, and made available asynchronously — judgment without the calendar.

In this clip, AI engineer Parth Patil (known for building a digital twin of LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman) argues there’s an even more compelling use case. Not business-oriented, but family-oriented.

The analogy he uses is Mushu from Mulan — an ancestor mentor who offers guidance, perspective, and presence rather than specific answers.

It sounds like sci-fi.
But it probably is on the horizon.
