The Seattle Metro League is the top high school basketball league in Washington. Since the year 1960, a Metro League team has won the state championship 46 times, with 9 of the last 10 3a state champs coming from the Metro League. It's made up of 17 teams broken down into two divisions, Metro Mountain and Metro Sound. In this series we cover the 8 teams in the Metro Mountain division throughout the 2024-2025 season!
This is episode 2, a matchup between the #4 ranked team in metro, O'dea, and the #6 ranked team in metro, Roosevelt. This was O'dea's season opener and they came out with a bang!!
