Mr. John Hush calculates a couple probabilities involving a die or two dice rolled four times each that French gambler and mathematician Antoine Gombaud asked fellow mathematician Blaise Pascal in around 1650 AD or CE. There are two ways of evaluating these probabilities; one is easy, one is hard. This video deals with the easy, indirect method. The next video will evaluate it the harder, direct way.
