Special Guest - Shahabuddin Rathod

Shahabuddin Rathod is a celebrated Gujarati humorist, writer, and teacher, honored with the Padma Shri in 2020 for his contributions to literature and education.
Born in Thangadh, Surendranagar, in 1937, he began his career as a teacher (1958–1971) and later served as a school principal (1971–1996). Renowned for his witty storytelling and unique style, he authored numerous Gujarati and Hindi books. His deep knowledge of Islamic traditions, alongside Sanskrit and Hinduism, reflects his inclusive scholarship and cultural bridge-building.
