Is the Radian Ramjet as good as they say it is?

Taking a look at the Ramjet and Afterburner from Radian Weapons - the new meta as far as compensators for 9mms are concerned. Re-uploading without displaying targets that happen to have website names on them - that offends the Youtube gods greatly.
