Welcome to Part 26 of how I build a 45 mm live steam locomotive based on Julius De Waal's plans

This Part should be made out of one solid piece of Brass... But i work without a Milling Mashine. So i Had to make two parts of it, and set it together to one piece. A verry interesting way.... take a look....


The trick is, i build everthing by Hand! Without a Milling machine or Router

Willkommen zu Teil 26 wie ich eine 45-mm-Live-Dampflok nach den Plänen von Julius De Waal baue

In diesem Video seht Ihr wie der Kreuzkopf hergestellt wird.
Das Bauteil besteht laut den Plänen aus einem Stück Messing. Da ich aber keine Fräse habe, werde ich das Bauteil aus unterschiedlichen Teilen zusammensetzen.


Das besondere ist, das hier keine Fräsen und CNC Maschinen zum Einsatz kommen. Alles wird in Handarbeit hergestellt.
