Part one of a two part Halloween cake topper tutorial.
RKT recipe (from The Pink Whisk blog):

Word of warning: RKT can be very sticky to mould. Leave to cool slightly before beginning to shape with it. I used disposable catering gloves with a little Trex to mould my pumpkin shape. I ran out of normal rice krispies so used Coco Pops instead. One recipe is enough to make this size pumpkin (which sits on a 8" round cake drum) and had some left over to make as treats for my children. I used melted white chocolate to glue the pumpkin onto the cake drum.
Part two is the making of Jack Skellington (Nightmare Before Christmas) out of fondant. Coming very soon.
