4:55 Toughness:
1 — 1 If nothing else, you can take a beating! Instantly gain +10 Damage Resistance 0004a0ab
2 9 1 You now have +20 damage resistance.
3 18 1 You now have +30 damage resistance.
4 31 1 You now have +40 damage resistance.
5 46 1 You now have +50 damage resistance.

7:09 Lead Belly:
1 — 2 Your digestive tract has adjusted to the weirdness of the Wasteland! Take less radiation from eating or drinking.
2 6 2 You take even less radiation from eating or drinking.
3 17 2 You take no radiation from eating or drinking.

9:58 Life Giver:
1 — 3 You embody wellness! Instantly gain +20 maximum Health.
2 8 3 You instantly gain another +20 maximum Health.
3 20 3 You instantly gain another +20 maximum Health, and slowly regenerate lost Health.

15: 11 Chem Resistant:
1 — 4 All the rush without the hassle! You're 50% less likely to get addicted when consuming Chems
2 22 4 You gain complete immunity to chem addiction.

19:57 Aquaboy/girl:
1 — 5 Water is your ally. You no longer take radiation damage from swimming, and can breathe underwater
2 21 5 You become totally undetectable while submerged.

23:06 Rad Resistant:
1 — 6 Exposure to the Wasteland has made you more resilient, instantly granting +10 Radiation Resistance.
2 13 6 You now have +20 Radiation Resistance.
3 26 6 You now have +30 Radiation Resistance.

25:20 Adamantium Skeleton:
1 — 7 Your skeleton has been infused with indestructible metal, reducing limb damage by 30%.
2 13 7 Your limb damage is now reduced by 60%.
3 26 7 Your limb damage is completely eliminated.

27:43 Cannibal:
1 — 8 Feast on mortal flesh to heal your wounds! Eating human corpses restores Health.
2 19 8 Eating Ghoul or Super Mutant corpses restores Health.
3 38 8 Eating human, Ghoul or Super Mutant corpses now restores a significant amount of Health.

29:56 Ghoulish:
1 — 9 Sure, you're still human - on the outside! Radiation now regenerates your lost Health.
2 24 9 Radiation now regenerates even more of your lost Health.
3 48 9 Radiation now regenerates even more of your lost Health, and some Feral Ghouls will randomly become friendly.

33:40 In the wild Wasteland, the one-armed ghoul is king

33:49 Solar Powered:
1 — 10 Catch some rays! Gain +2 to Strength and Endurance between the hours of 6:00a.m. and 6:00p.m.
2 27 10 Sunlight slowly heals your radiation damage.
3 50 10 Sunlight slowly regenerates your lost Health.
