Get into the holiday spirit while staying active with this festive 12 Days of Christmas Workout! Just like the classic song, you’ll build up the exercises as you go—starting with one and adding each new move until you’ve completed all 12 rounds.
Each round, perform the designated exercise for the number of reps matching the day, repeating each exercise in reverse order (e.g., Day One: 1 Jump Squat, Day Two: 1 Jump Squat, 2 Push Ups, Day Three: 1 Jump Squat, 2 Push Ups, 3 Superman Shoulder Presses…). It’s a fun, full-body workout to keep you energized this season!
Here’s what you’ll do:
